Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess

Koei Tecmo is bringing the fourth installment of its Deception series into the current generation. The title is getting a new name and a facelift for PlayStation 4 later this year.

Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess is an expansion of the original Deception IV (subtitled “Blood Ties”), which was released on PlayStation 3 and Vita in 2014. The new version will be coming to all three platforms, with all of the material found in the original and a second playable character.

With the new character, Velguirie, comes a 100-stage quest mode that will be used to tell her story. The title features over 180 different traps to place on walls, floors, and ceilings to torture the unsuspecting villagers and heroes that stand in your way.
