Definitely has good graphics, gameplay, etc. It's not exactly the most fantastic thing out there today, but it's worth the sixty bucks I dropped for it. It's darker than any other Call of Duty to date (including the recent Modern Warfare 2) and the added gore is a plus. And while the framerate isn't 60 fps, it's still very smooth, as are the controls.
