Batman: Arkham City

This uncut 12-minute gameplay clip shows Catwoman in action, Batman's city navigation, and a confrontation with Two-Face and his crew. After Catwoman spits out 10 to 15 groan-inducing jokes, Batman mumbles something to her. I noticed this when I saw this demo at E3 as well. Rocksteady says that they changed his dialogue to hide a spoiler that they didn't want to reveal yet.

I should also note that when Batman is on the rooftop, he is free to explore the city. In my hands on time, I flew to the right and triggered a Penguin confrontation, then eventually made my way to the Two-Face moment shown in this clip.

Batman: Arkham City is scheduled to ship for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 18. A Wii U version is also planned for 2012.
