I know that console-exclusives are the deal breakers for most gamers, but what one game tied to another console would you like to see on the Xbox 360?
For me, it would have to be Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I know this game was kind of rinse-and-repeat for longtime Zelda fans, but I had a great time when playing it on the Wii and would love to see 720p graphics with a locked, 30 FPS framerate.
I agree with Hulkster 100%, except heck with a port, I want something designed from the ground up by Miyamoto for the 360. I can't remember what issue of GI it was, but they were talking about giving different IPs to different developers, and I think they pitched Zelda to Todd Howard(not sure on this), and the way he described it sounded really awesome.
Give me something with the spirit of Zelda, the beauty of next gen power, and the visceral combat of God of War or something. Maybe not that brutal...
Super Stardust HD; some things should remain exclusives to add value to the hardware purchase (ie. MGS4, God of War, Uncharted), if Sony keep them exclusive.
I would like to have a NES, SNES and Genesis emulator DLC for each current generation console where I could purchase any title from the catalog for each retro console.

Heavy Rain definitely i loved Indigo Prophecy and i want to see how they handle a new adventure type game and and if Square-Enix doesn't put Kingdom Hearts on the 360 it's gunna disappoint me terribly

Mechwarrior V already! The only reason i traded my ps3 for a 360. Maybe with some natal support, wouldn't that be awesome to pilot a mech with your HANDS!?
Zelda would be interesting but microsoft would probably turn it into a overated bunch of crap. I think I would enjoy seeing Battlefield Badcompany 2 only on Xbox 360. =]
Heavy Rain, totally, looks great, Of course God of Wars and Metal Gear Solids, I didn't really like Killzone 1 but maybe 2 can come over, Resistance 1&2 was fun, the Uncharted's, from Wii, probably the entire Legend of Zelda series, and Animal Crossing.
Uncharted 2. Everybody is raving about this game.
