World Of Tanks On Console Is Getting Single-Player Campaign Missions With War Stories

World of Tanks, the online multiplayer tank combat game, is getting some story-driven content that can be played alone, or with another friend in two-player co-op.

The mode, called War Stories, will have comic-book cutscenes that will play out like the image below, narration, and will offer alternate history takes on famous conflicts.

It will be available on the console version of the game with each story playing out in three chapters. You can find a trailer for War Stories below.

War Stories will be available for free for World of Tanks on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 on August 22.
