Quake Champions Unveiled

During the Bethesda showcase, the publisher revealed Quake Champions, the latest in the classic first-person shooter series with a trailer. The trailer for the game was entirely cinematic, featuring a number of characters duking it out in a massive hallway with sci-fi weapons while using the Quake staple jump pad to get around the environment.

Id Software's studio director, Tim Willits, took to the stage to talk a little bit about the game as well. He revealed that the game would launch as a PC exclusive that was centered around multiplayer action and "designed for world class play."

Willits did not reveal if Champions would have a single-player component.
