First Full Ant-Man Trailer Introduces The Villain

At first glance, it might be hard to take a hero like Ant-Man seriously. That’s why studios produce movie trailers, though. It’s also why they cast funny-men like Paul Rudd to play these unlikely protagonists.

The first extended look at the film gives us a new look at Scott Lang’s criminal history and his quest for redemption. It also shows off more about the Ant-Man suit than just its ability to manipulate size via Pym particles.

And the antagonist? His name is Yellowjacket and he isn’t very nice.

Ant-Man is in theaters on July 17.
