Splinter Cell Fan Film Explores Sam Fisher’s Early Career

The Splinter Cell franchise has evolved greatly since its debut on the original Xbox. Despite a change in voice actors and improving technology, one fact remains: Sam Fisher is pretty darn cool.

A new fan film from Atomic Productions explores Fisher’s recruitment into a new organization. The nine-minute short is extremely well-produced, with a well-edited mixture of action and exposition.

The film was directed by Ben and Andrew Adams and stars John Redlinger as Sam Fisher. As for an official film adaptation of Ubisoft's franchise, Director Doug Liman is helming the picture, which will star Tom Hardy (Inception, The Dark Knight Rises). It’s due out in 2015.
