Bungie has acknowledged the success on its own Twitter account, also:
Congratulations to @PrimeGuardHQ for completing the Raid. Now, try it on hard tier. http://t.co/DGQNBvYkoa pic.twitter.com/s9Txlrqm80

Note the collected 1,605 deaths by the six-person team (calculated via K/D ratios). Maybe a little extra grinding wouldn't hurt before diving in.
Original Story:
Bungie warned us that Destiny’s first six-person raid, the Vault of Glass, would be a challenge. The studio recommends that you be at least level 26 before attempting it, and it seems like there’s a good reason for it.
According to Bungie this morning, the first five hours of availability have yielded no victories. Not a single team has managed to complete the Vault of Glass.
If you’ve managed to get a party and give it a try, we’d love for you to share your experiences in the comments. For more on Destiny, check out our review.

Our Take
I’m looking forward to reaching a high enough level to attempt this. I’ve been pushing myself to tackle harder challenges in the game, and this sounds like it will keep me engaged for even longer.
