New Halo 5: Guardians Character Is A Dude

Earlier today some Halo fans speculated the character shown on the new Halo 5: Guardians art might be female or a returning character. Josh Holmes, executive producer at 343 Industries, is quick to correct these guesses.

For everyone speculating about the mysterious Spartan in Halo 5: Guardians, he’s not Palmer (or Cortana!). He’s a NEW character. :) #Halo

Our Take
I was personally hoping 343 Industries would change things up by introducing a female protagonist, but I'm still very excited to see who will join Master Chief on this new FPS adventure.
