Atlus Teasing Persona Announcement For May 2

On Friday May 2, Atlus is holding an online video stream that will apparently have a "super important" Persona announcement.

The live stream is titled Dark Hour TV Persona Hour and will feature a preview of the upcoming animated Persona film sequel, Persona 3 The Movie #2: Midsummer Knight’s Dream, and will follow with guests discussing Persona, and a significant announcement related to the Persona franchise.

Atlus recently confirmed four previously announced Persona games would be making their way to North America. For a breakdown of what the Persona series is, head here.

Our Take
With the recent huge collection of Persona video game announcements, I would be surprised to learn about another new Persona game in the works. Considering the focus on the films for this Persona Hour, I would bet that Atlus is preparing to announce a third film. It could be video game related, though, which I think would be more exciting.
