Bandai Namco Bringing Tales Of Hearts R To The West

In an errantly posted video message today, Tales series director Hideo Baba confirmed that another game in the series will be coming to Europe and North America. Tales of Hearts R will be localized for release this winter.

The video in question was removed from the official Bandai Namco YouTube channel, but Gematsu was able to capture it before it was taken down. Tales of Hearts was originally released on Nintendo DS in 2008. The remake, which adds 3D graphics and fully voiced dialog, will be coming to Vita.

The Tales series has a loyal fan following, and without the many, vocal requests for this localization, it probably wouldn’t have happened.
