Ubisoft And Sony Pictures Team Up For Rabbids Feature Film

Ubisoft has announced that it is partnering with Sony Pictures to bring its Rabbids franchise to movie theaters. The movie will be a hybrid live-action and animated full-length feature.

Ubisoft will be overseeing the production of the film. No release date or window was announced. 

This isn’t the first foray into non-interactive programming for the Rabbids. Ubisoft is currently partnering with Nickelodeon on the Rabbids Invasion television show. 

Our Take
I’ve always found the Rabbids amusing, but I hope the movie isn’t an hour and a half of screaming. My kids find the creatures funny, so there’s no doubt I’ll be watching this at some point.
