Major League Gaming is gearing up for a major event this weekend. The Fall Invitational will take place at Full Sail University in Florida, with Dota 2 and Black Ops II competitions beginning tomorrow.

Tomorrow, you'll be able to catch Dignitas, Typical Mistakes (formerly Pretty Boy Swag), noM (formerly Shadowfiend Eats Cake) and The Joikernaught in Dota 2 competition with the winning team earning $10,000 and a bid in the MLG Championship next month in Columbus Ohio. The second place winner walks away with $5,000.

On Saturday, it's all Black Ops II. Complexity, Optic, 8-12 Unite, and Faze will compete in the last MLG Black Ops II event. Competition switches over to Call of Duty: Ghosts after this. The winner gets $10,000, with second place earning $5,000.

If you're in the area, you can watch the event on-site. Tickets are $15 each day (with VIP options available). You can also watch live at MLG.tv. Dota 2 players can also watch in-game for $4.99.

The events begin tomorrow at 1 p.m. Eastern and Saturday at 3 p.m. Eastern.

Our Take
MLG has quickly ramped up its coverage of Dota 2, and the fall invitational is an important event for the league. This is also significant as it's the last time we'll see Treyarch's Black Ops II in competition before Infinity Ward's Ghosts takes center stage. The competition is going to be intense, and it's sure to be exciting.
