The Game Informer monthly staff page is a forum where we all come together and talk about what's cool right now. We'll get the ball rolling and would love to hear everyone's current interests, dislikes, and favorite games.
Andy McNamara
Interests: Next Generation hardware and software (can't wait to see "PS4"), Off season training for cycling and triathlon, Surfing (went to Kauai and I have to figure out some way to get out to a coast more often to surf as it's quite a good time)
Dislikes: The asshat who stole my iPad while I was on vacation, How much I worry that free-to-play games and micro transactions will lead to the death of full-featured games that you know… just let you play and enjoy yourself and not make you wait for timers or other moronic barriers (and yes, I realize the irony that two of my favorite games right now are free to play)
Current Favorite Games: PlanetSide 2, Dead Space 3, Clash of Clans
Andrew Reiner
Interests: J.J. Abrams directing the next Star Wars film (I hope he uses sets and actors), The idea behind Defiance (a TV show and game running concurrently could be cool), Pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training (baseball is almost here, folks!), Nintendo remaking Wind Waker (love that game, but I wish a new Wii U Zelda would have been first)
Dislikes: Losing THQ (here's hoping most of this company's popular franchises live on at their new homes), Temple Run 2's gem system (buying gems allows players to continue their games, thus killing competitive leaderboard scoring), Wii U's slow start in 2013

Interests: Homeland Season 2 (the best TV show I've watched in a long time, Justified Season 4 (Timothy Olyphant…swoon), My daughter's new habit of making up songs, Led Zeppelin: The Oral History of the World's Greatest Rock Band by Barney Hoskyns
Dislikes: Football season being over, The Timberwolves' annual descent into despair and injury, Winter, Not riding my bicycle
Current Favorite Games:Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, Dungeon Raid, Antichamber
Matthew Kato
Interests: The return of the NHL, My PS3 player is a better Blu-ray player than my Blu-ray player (same with my PS2 as a DVD player), Girls Season 2
Dislikes: I like Miles Kane's mod style, but his music doesn't impress (Arctic Monkeys-lite), When people have generic jazz/jazz festival posters on their walls, That Mickey Mouse didn't kill himself when he had the chance

Interests: Home value appreciation, Long johns, Seamless Kindle library loans, Pork chops (nevermind bacon; these are the obviously superior way to consume the flesh of swine), Cheap earbuds (thanks, Monoprice!), Eric Whitacre
Dislikes: Musically uninspired choral settings of insipid poetry (seriously we need to excise the majority of works penned in the ‘90s from polite society), Waiting for my phone to ship (c’mon, Google!), Repetitive stress injuries
Current Favorite Games: Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn, The Trouble With Robots (Megamort Expansion), Path of Exile, Diablo III, Devil May Cry
Joe Juba
Interests: Catching up on season 3 of Justified so I can start season 4, Paperman, The bird buggy, The correct response to Donald Trump, Science World billboards, Getting a puppy
Dislikes: Cleaning up puppy poop, The cat replacing the iron, Hot chocolate made with water (who does that?!), Not having the time or expertise to set up my new surround sound system
Current Favorite Games: Devil May Cry, Dragon's Dogma, Dead Space 3
Matt Miller
Interests: Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia Coming To Netflix Streaming, The Justice League/Aquaman crossover event, Skiing again after years away from the sport
Dislikes: Final Fantasy All The Bravest (this “game” should not have happened), The end of 30 Rock, Cars with heaters that don’t work anymore

Dislikes: The taxi cab mafia in Bangkok, EA's confusing decision to name next year's football game Madden 25, Bryant McKinnie and Matt Birk winning a Super Bowl

Interests: Homeland, Trying out games in genres I’m not usually into, Being nice to Dan on Facebook, Comedy Bang Bang
Dislikes: Calling it “Homefront” every single freaking time, Conspiracy theorists on Facebook (who are these friends, anyway?!), My inability to figure out the Witcher 2’s combat, The moment you realize that the game you’ve been looking forward to playing is a bad game, Apple’s shameful price gouging on iPad RAM

Dislikes:Paying Rent, Paying Taxes, Paying For Groceries, Paying For Anything Other Than Games

Interests: Strange and delicious fancy food from Minnesota restaurant Travail (foam, meat trees, thrown hot buns -- 15 crazy courses overall), Joe's puppy visiting the office, Trying to catch all of the Oscar movies before the show broadcast
Dislikes: The way I felt after eating 15 courses, Oscar movies that aren't in theaters or on streaming rental yet

Interests: Learning how to make chili, eating a giant pot of chili for four consecutive days, when indie games turn out to be awesome, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (is it bad I identify with Charlie Day’s character?) Homeland (it’s like 24, only not ridiculous), Finally figuring out the rules to Mahjong (apparently my life is slowly transforming into the Joy Luck Club), Joe’s puppy
Dislikes: When the high temperature for the day is still below zero, The GTA V delay, That issues involving violence and guns cannot be discussed rationally, People who drive like A-holes

Interests: Excellent TV sitcoms coming to an end like 30 Rock and The Office, The return of Community (though I am hesitantly excited knowing that this will be a Dan Harmon-free season), The third season of Shameless, Attack the Block, Opening up my bag of Sweetart jellybeans that I bought back in April to save for a rainy day, Toddlers (one in particular)
Dislikes: Xbox 360’s cloud save system eating my The Cave save file after completing my third playthrough, Moving, The wind ripping important paper documents from my hands, Going through my stash of Sweetart jellybeans and coming to the depressing realization that I won’t be able to buy more until April
