Nintendo Attempts Guinness World Record For Kirby’s 20th Anniversary

The incestuous world of bubble gum record keeping just got a little more explosive. During this year's PAX Prime conference, on September 1, Nintendo will celebrate Kirby’s 20th Anniversary by trying to set a new Guinness World Record.

The current record for most people blowing a chewing gum bubble simultaneously is 304, and Nintendo aims to pop it during the conference. Show goers will be able to join in the bubble blowing and win fun prizes such as copies of Kirby’s Dream Collection: Special Edition. Participants must have a PAX badge to attend the event, but if you're going to PAX, this sounds like a great way to blow a few hours.
