Metal Gear Solid 4 Trophy Patch Live

A new update for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is now available to download in North America, Europe, and Japan.

The update adds trophy support and eliminates the pre-install times for each new chapter in the game's single-player campaign. Konami is also issuing a re-release of the game that has the patch installed on the game disc. It comes out later this month in Japan. No word yet on when we'll see it in North America.
