Could TimeSplitters 4 Become A Free-to-Play Title?

Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli sees a free-to-play future for triple-A games, and his company is trying to make it happen. This might even include TimeSplitters 4.
In an interview with VideoGamer.com, Yerli set the course for his company, saying he wants all its future products to be free-to-play, including the creation of a social-entertainment platform called GFACE. This service would feature all free-to-play titles from Crytek as well as those from other companies. Crytek's recently announced Warface would appear on this platform.
Toward the end of the interview, naturally, the future of the TimeSplitter's franchise is broached. When asked about TimeSplitters 4, Yerli eventually says, "I love the picture of a TimeSplitters running on GFACE."
The timing dovetails nicely with the recent fan petition that went up asking for the game.
