3DS System Update Delayed

The system update for the 3DS has been pushed back until next month.

Nintendo confirmed it has delayed the release until December 8. The free update will add 3D video recording, additional Mii Plaza features including a map overlay, and the ability to transfer software to other 3DS systems.

"The upcoming Nintendo 3DS system update is in the final stages of internal testing and will be available by December 8," the company said in a statement. "We will make additional announcements about the availability of this system update in the future."
