A Zelda Game On iPhone?

No, but Gameloft would sure like you to think there is.

Gameloft has released a trailer for their latest mobile project, an iPhone and iPad game that looks an awful lot like another fantasy action/adventure. We don't want to name any names, but it rhymes with Megend of Melda.

The newly revealed game doesn't have a name attached yet, but it's hard not to notice the similarities to Nintendo's classic series. The world is filled with lush forests and magic. The hero appears to move through a third-person action-oriented world. He rides a brown horse across the grasslands.

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. We tend to think that's something that people who copy other people say a lot to cover their tracks.

No matter what you think of the similarities, the game looks quite visually attractive for a new mobile game. Check out the video below.
