Assassin's Creed Comes To Facebook

by Matt Miller on Sep 30, 2010 at 01:13 PM

Ubisoft's killer franchise is headed to the social network of choice for discerning assassins.

The draw of so many millions of users was too great, and Ubisoft is taking the dive with the announcement of Assassin's Creed Project Legacy, a brand new game within the franchise headed exclusively to Facebook.

Assassin's Creed Project Legacy will be a "social role-playing game" that integrates the time you play in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood with missions you unlock in Legacy. Players will be able to open up 25 exclusive missions within the Facebook game by playing and completing certain tasks in Brotherhood. In turn, playing through Legacy will unlock special content within Brotherhood.

No official announcement has been made as to when Assassin's Creed: Legacy will release, but Brotherhood hits store shelves on November 16 for PS3 and 360.
