New Wii Remote Internalizes Wii Motion Plus Tech?
Are you interested in a Nintendo-manufactured Wii Remote that incorporates Wii Motion Plus rather than requiring you to attach an external accessory? Your future may be a bright one, as a listing for game FlingSmash is advertised as coming with a “Wii Remote Plus.”
A little common sense suggests that Nintendo is finally doing what some third party accessory manufacturers have been up to – tossing the nuts and bolts of Wii Motion Plus into a controller. The GameStop listing says the game is coming out November 7. So far Nintendo Confirms the controller’s existence, but aren’t getting into technical specifics or confirming whether it will be sold independently.
Anybody else find it odd that they chose FlingSmash as the flagship title to sell this enhanced Wii Remote? The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will require Wii Motion Plus, and I figured that title would be a better choice. But hey, they could do that anyway.
