Pigs Fly In Enslaved's First DLC Offering
Namco Bandai is pledging strong post-launch support for Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. The game won't street until October 5, but we're already hearing that the first DLC offering will put a secondary character named Pigsy (not Manhunt's Pigsy) in the starring role.
This DLC serves as a side story to Enslaved. I was hoping that the first DLC offering would unite Enslaved: Odyssey to the West with An American Tail: Fievel Goes West, but I can't complain with the direction Namco Bandai is going in. I finished the game last week, and can say that Pigsy is an interesting character. He uses a grappling hook much like Bionic Commando does, and offers up sharp wit in the face of danger.
No other details have been given at this time. Here's hoping the DLC hits sooner than later. I always hate returning to a game months later only to realize I forgot how to play it.
