Hardcore Shoot-Em-Up Bangai-O Coming To XBLA With Level Editor
When it comes to shoot-em-ups, nobody does them as big or impressive as developer Treasure. Now D3 will be bringing Treasure's beloved Bangai-O series -- which has had previous entries on the N64, Dreamcast, and Nintendo DS -- to Xbox Live Arcade.
Titled Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury, the game will feature over 100 levels. Like its DS predecessor, Bangai-O Spirits (pictured above), Missile Fury will sport a robust level editor, but now creators will be able to share their levels over Xbox Live.
Bangai-O HD: Missile Fury is set to make its public debut at the Penny Arcade Expo this week. No word on a release time frame yet, but D3 has already revealed that the game will cost 800 Microsoft points ($10).
