Nintendo Publishing Dragon Quest IX Stateside

After revealing release dates for Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M, Nintendo's Cammie Dunaway threw a curveball our way, announcing Nintendo will be publishing Square Enix's DS title, Dragon Quest IX, in the United States.

Seeing as how Nintendo consumers usually only buy products published by the almighty Nintendo, this is a good move for Square. Under Square's publishing efforts, this series hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. Maybe Nintendo can help it get the respect it deserves. A release date hasn't been given yet, but Cammie did say that other details will be coming soon.
