The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Detailed

f you are a fan of Atari’s role-playing game The Witcher – or have not had a chance to pick up the title yet – the newly announced Enhanced Edition might be for you.

Early today Atari let loose some details about The Witcher: Enhanced Edition. The new pack will include 5000 lines of re-written and re-recorded dialogue, 200 new dialogue animations, a new character differentiation system for non-playable characters, and an enhanced inventory with improved alchemy. The enhanced edition will also include reduced load times and more responsive combat among other in-game additions.

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition will also include a large assortment of other additional benefits in one handy retail package. You can expect a multilingual game disc which will let you play a preferred combo of voice-overs and subtitles, two new adventures, the D’jinni Adventure Editor, the official Witcher soundtrack, a collection of music inspired by The Witcher, the official game guide, a short Witcher story by Andrzej Sapowski, a Making-of DVD featuring behind-the-scenes video and a map of the Witcher’s world.
