 f this game’s title made you chuckle, chances are the game will, too. The story about invading alien brains and their natural predator, the zombie, is humorous and does a nice job of spoofing old EC horror comics. Unfortunately, “it’s funny” isn’t high enough praise alone for me to recommend playing Teenage Zombies, since the rest of the game is a mediocre 2D side-scroller. Using the different character’s skills in concert leads to some decent puzzle-like situations. But the slow pacing and bad combat tarnish what otherwise might have been a portable gem.
