Grid Multiplayer Details Confirmed
Codemasters released some new multiplayer details for the upcoming racing title Grid early today. The multiplayer content is expected to feature 32 online race events corresponding to 80 circuits in 15 intercontinental locations. Full car damage will be featured in races with up to 12-players per event, across iconic locations all over the world. Racing fanatics will be able to show off their custom pain jobs in a variety of different racing scenarios. From drifting to participating in demolition derbies, there should be a multiplayer mode perfect for the full spectrum of gamers in Grid.
"GRID online is the ultimate expression of what the game is all about - collision-packed, aggressive, wheel-to-wheel racing," said Ralph Fulton, Chief Game Designer, GRID. "Our wide range of motorsport disciplines, stunning locations and full damage 12-player races make for a uniquely spectacular race experience and our immersive new ranking system rewards player skill and deepens the challenge online."

Touch Darts Announced for Nintendo DS
Slated to release June of 2008, Touch Darts for the Nintendo DS will bring four classic dart modes to the handheld gaming device. Players can participate in tournament, challenge, quickplay and multiplayer modes all while utilizing the touch screen features unique to the Nintendo DS. Players will also be able to customize their experience by choosing difficulty settings ranging from rookie to expert.
“This is not just your ordinary dart video game; Touch Darts really takes advantage of Nintendo DS’s unique touch screen and allows players to accurately simulate throwing darts with a simple flick of the stylus,” says Mark Johnson, producer at Agetec. “The developer, Full Fat, made sure to fine tune the controls so that even the most hardcore dart fanatic is happy with this game. It’s quite an achievement.”
New EverQuest II Update
Today SOE released a new update for EverQuest II – titled "A Prophet Returns". The 45th offical update to the popular game brings about a new story quest and increased opportunities for achievements among other changes. Make sure to check out the official site for all the details.
Echocrome Receives 20 New User-Created Levels
Starting tomorrow, twenty new user-created Echocrome levels will be available to download according to the official PlayStation Blog. The users chosen to have their work featured will be given their just rewards, as their PSN ID will be revealed with every new level as it is distributed.
